Chelsea was awesome! She made buying a new home easy especially since we were in the process of living and selling our California home. She was in constant contact with us and made herself available for all our needs. Houses that fit our wishes were scheduled quickly for video viewing. She provided us with the most knowledgeable suggestions on how to make our offer stand out because we were using our VA Loan benefits. She was so good that our first offer was in the top three and our second was in the top two which got accepted. Without her fast-acting abilities and knowledge we still might be looking for a house.
