Though we're in our 60's, this was our most active and involved search ever for a house to buy. Stuart listened to our thoughts, and kept adjusting to our changing needs throughout as we narrowed our search. He was patient, fun to ride around with, and very knowledgeable about not only the homes, but also the area, giving us suggestions for places to eat and visit. We laughed a lot as we spent quite a bit of time together - talked about books and travel and family as we drove from the north to the south, the east to the west. He was as excited to look at homes as we were, and pointed out things - both good and bad - that we would not have thought of or noticed. Once we found the house we wanted - in Spokane Valley - he encouraged us in the offer process, and pursued a good price and deal for us. After our offer was accepted, he stayed in touch with us through the very moment we took possession. He helped with recommendations for a moving company (which was great!) and for a home inspector (also a great connection). We moved to this area from northern Nevada, so there was a lot of long distance communication, and Stuart was very quick to respond to my many questions. He did his own research on things I asked about, and was always willing to find out more, whatever I needed. Our house hunting and purchase was a lot more fun than we would have expected, and we enjoyed the time spent with Stuart, as well as the wonderful service he provided us. We think he will go far in this profession, and would heartily recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Spokane area.
