As a first time home buyer, I went through many different steps to ensure my realtor would take care of me throughout the whole process, and boy did I nail it with Stuart. He is informed, obviously very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing, went the extra mile to look at any home I wanted, went through 2 final walkthroughs, went to the inspection (or found someone to cover), gave advice on what to look out for, never gave a biased opinion, never forced me into anything, and always had a quick response rate. He worked with my crazy work schedule and always accommodated me. One of the things I love most about working with Stuart is his easy going manner that felt like a friendship, but he is so versatile in being professional, when necessary (i.e. first offer, closing, etc). Another aspect of Stuart I truly admire is his awesome work life balance; he somehow juggles being a dad and great realtor along with playing an active role in the community- and succeeding at all of them. Stuart has even continued to help me after the closing and moving process. There is not enough I could say about this man! He is truly amazing and a role model for others in the realty profession! I highly recommend Stuart (and Chelsea) with absolutely no hesitations!
