We had the best experience looking for a house with Stuart as our realtor. We had, had a bad experience with a previous realtor when selling our house and had lost faith in the idea of realtors. Now trying to find a new house, we decided we could do it by ourselves. We quickly learned that in order to schedule any showings, we had to have a realtor, as we were hounded by them any time we were just trying to get the listing agent. We decided instead to try a foreclosure/auction house, but had so many questions. We were recommended to Stuart and gave him a call. He was great! He wasn't trying to sell himself or push himself on us; he was just being a really nice guy and answering our questions and giving us advice. He was so different than anybody else we had talked to, and it was refreshing! We met Stuart and instantly had great chemistry with him. I had a whole list of homes I wanted to see. He scheduled me for his next available afternoon. Due to my husbands job, he was not able to go to most of the showings with me, so I was carting around 2-3 kids (one a nursing infant) to these showings alone. Stuart is a family man and amazing Dad and was so patient and helpful to me! I thought that I knew what I wanted in a home and would be a super easy client to have, but the more we looked at homes, the longer my list of must-haves became. Stuart was great through all of my indecision, my "I need to see this house ASAP" moments, and my changing of my budget (twice). Stuart is so personable and relatable, that you don't feel like you're looking at these homes with just a realtor, you're looking at them with a friend. The best thing about him was that he wasn't just trying to make a sale. Stuart wanted to help us find a home that was perfect for us, and he was honest with us when he thought a home wasn't right. He helped us get an amazing deal on our home, and we couldn't be happier! I was so thrilled with Stuart and told all of my friends about him. He even interviewed realtors for a friend of mine who lives out-of-state! When it comes time for us to move on to our next home, we will definitely be using Stuart again. If you are like me who has had any hesitancy or caution about using a realtor, call Stuart! He made the whole experience less stressful, and I wouldn't choose anybody else!
