I'll begin with - Stuart is awesome! It’s been about four months now since we’ve moved into our home and I’m ashamed it’s taken so long to write this review for Stuart Prey, our favorite realtor ever. Not only did we have him trudging all over Spokane during the crazy competitive market this past year+, but we also ate up a ton of his time with questions about strategy related to price, addendums, and other add-in’s to make sure our offer was the top offer, not to mention he had to put up with us spouting our naïve presumptions about what we thought houses were worth during a short period of time when prices were rising in shocking increments. Stuart was a genuine trooper. His knowledge and expertise including his background with the legal side of real estate helped this process seem much less intimidating and more realistic and attainable than it did the first time we bought. Simply put, Stuart is THE BEST and we are so grateful to him. Also, here’s a shout out for his team of Chelsea McFarland and Jake Browne who stepped in on occasion when Stuart had a conflict. I recommend the entire team and will definitely reach out to them again for our future house buying/selling needs in the Spokane area.
