We worked with Stuart on what was supposed to be a straight forward rental property purchase. It turned out the seller was going through a bankruptcy and required so much additional work on behalf of Stuart as well as dealing with all of the intricacies of dealing with the court, delays, and additional difficulties that ensued. Throughout the entire process Stuart was responsive to my requests, was communicating through every step and pushed it through to the finish line even when I thought it was dead in the water.
