If you are seeking someone who can cater to your needs and understands (and memorizes) your desires in a home then Stuart is your guy. He and his team do a great job understanding where you might feel most comfortable in town and can tell you so much about each area. We felt at home with Stuart right away and his knowledge of real estate law and relationships with many other realtors is handy. He was very patient with us and cared with our money and how far it could go in the market. His focus might be with Audubon-Downriver/South Hill but he knows many other parts of town. Even through the trials and tribulations of purchasing a house during the pandemic, he was patient and knowledgeable in helping us find the right fit. We couldn’t be more happy with the house we ended up with or the neighborhood we now live in. I would recommend nobody else other than Stuart to anybody needing a caring and quality realtor in the Spokane area.
