Chelsea just helped us buy our first home.

I am very impressed with her market savvy and ability to write amazing offers. The current housing market is insane, the majority of houses in my price point are staying on the market for less than a week, a lot of them for only one or two days. The house we bought went on the market the same day we won the bid and I believe it is Chelsea's amazing ability to write bids that secured us the house over all the other offers.

She is very accessible, friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable realtor. She gave me a stack of her business cards when the papers were finally signed and I've already given most of them out to friends and family. When I begin looking for another house several years down the road, Chelsea will definitely be representing me again.
