In every facet of the buying experience Stuart went above and beyond all of my expectations and I have already and will continue to let everyone I know looking for a realtor to reach out to him. As a first-time home buyer with virtually no understanding of how the process worked I was referred to Stuart by a work colleague of mine. Quickly into our first sit down it was crystal clear how knowledgeable Stuart is on the Spokane market and he was able to effectively communicate a lot of the home buying complexities in a way that I could understand. After a conversation going over what I was looking for in a home we were able to narrow down the type of home and neighborhood we wanted to target and hit the ground running looking at new listings. Stuart always made it a priority to take the time and walk me through the ins and outs of every home we took a look at, making sure to highlight both the pros and the cons. After a couple dozen walk throughs and 2 failed offers Stuart helped me land my dream home! Stuart eliminated a lot of the anxiety and stress that came with the first-time home buyer experience. While I could spend 5 more paragraphs highlighting how professional and helpful Stuart was in the lead-up to closing on my home, what really stood out to me was even after I moved in he kept in constant contact to make sure every thing was running smoothly. He even took time out of his weekend to come help teach me how to replace my broken sprinkler heads! As a realtor Stuart did more for me than I could have ever asked for (and even more beyond that), but more importantly I can genuinely say I gained a new friend in the process as well. Words cannot express how amazing of a family man/realtor/friend Stuart is and I will make sure to let anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the future that they are making a mistake if they don't at least consider Stuart!
