Chelsea McFarland is an Inland Northwest real estate broker with Prime Real Estate Group, licensed in Washington and Idaho, and co-founder of the McFarland Prey Real Estate Team. Since 2016, she has personally closed nearly 250 transactions representing more than $92 million in real estate sales.
Chelsea helps buyers and sellers throughout Spokane, Coeur d'Alene and the surrounding region, with experience ranging from traditional residential homes to acreage and rural properties. She also works with clients relocating to the area and families navigating estate sales, probate and senior transitions.
Chelsea came to real estate from the senior ranks of corporate marketing, media and public relations, including as Senior Director of YouTube at Beachbody's corporate headquarters, and she co-founded HoneyLove.org, a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Today she brings that same strategic playbook to every client: positioning each property to stand out and reach the right buyers, marketing it with professional photography and video, and negotiating with clarity and persistence to protect her clients' interests.
