Stuart Prey is a real estate broker with Prime Real Estate Group and co-founder of the McFarland Prey Real Estate Team, licensed in Washington and Idaho. He has closed 280 transactions representing more than $110 million in sales, and every year since joining real estate he has ranked among Spokane's top brokers.
Stuart works primarily by referral, and he credits his success to a truly customer-centric approach: doing everything in his power to deliver what each client needs and making sure the experience is top notch from start to finish.
Before real estate, Stuart built a career at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, rising through Surgical Services to become Director of Perioperative Business Services for Providence Health & Services in Eastern Washington. He earned his business degree at Gonzaga University and went on to complete his MBA.
Stuart grew up on a small cherry farm in Orondo, Washington, and worked as a Class V raft guide before settling in Spokane. Today he's an avid reader, outdoor enthusiast and family man, sharing life with his wife, Kristin, and their two boys.
