We had owned a home in the past and, honestly, had PTSD from the entire experience. Since this time, we've been renters, not wanting to relive the past. BUT, with a growing family, we knew the time had come to make the commitment.

Thankfully, Chelsea came into our lives and made an experience we were beyond nervous for, extremely enjoyable. Chelsea knows this area intimately and knew where we would be the happiest.

We never felt any pressure from Chelsea to purchase a home, and she insisted we took our time to make sure we got exactly what we needed.

Every step of the way, she was available for questions (and boy, did we ask a lot of questions), and always gave detailed answers. Because of this, we felt knowledgeable throughout the entire process and, when it came time to sign the closing documents, we were ready!

Chelsea is patient, kind, honest, empathetic, brilliant and truly one of the best humans we've had the privilege to meet and spend time with.

If we ever choose to sell our home and start the process again, Chelsea will be our No. 1 choice to handle everything!
