As we worked our way through the "feasibility study" portion of the sale, she helped us with research, and network into this neighborhood. As various issues arose from easements to wetland concerns, she got us the information we needed and helped put things in perspective. This was not a huge sale for her, but I feel she treated us as if we were the most important people she was working for.
