Chelsea is fantastic! We have worked with her to buy and sell twice and she comes through with great results. She doesn't sit back and wait for things to happen, she makes them happen. When selling, she works hard to help you get the house into its most sellable form. Whether that is staging, thinning down or finding people to fix problems. Then she puts your house out there in the most complete and professional way possible with photos, videos, listings, open houses, etc. She is not hesitant to work to get the best possible offer. We don't really want to move anytime again in the near future, but if we did, we'd go with Chelsea in a heartbeat.
