Chelsea is a top notch professional. My wife and I live out of state and Chelsea found us this newly constructed duplex to add to our investment portfolio. She truly knows the market and made great recommendations for us. It was a complicated purchase that involved multiple 1031 exchanges. Her experience, availability, attention to detail, and proactiveness are all the qualities we look for in a realtor. Most importantly, Chelsea has treated us with that special touch of making us feel as if we were her only clients, while we knew that she was busy working with other clients as well. We would highly recommend her!
